How every project works
The same clear process applies to every service — from a $10 chore chart to a full multi-page website.
Every project starts with a short form. Tell us what you need, your preferred format, any deadlines, and a rough idea of your budget. We review every inquiry personally and respond within 1–2 business days.
Once we’ve reviewed your inquiry, we’ll follow up by email to confirm exactly what’s included, the delivery format, the timeline, and the final price. Nothing proceeds until both sides have agreed in writing.
A secure payment link is sent for the exact agreed amount. No payment is collected through any form or third-party storefront — every transaction goes through a direct, secure link. Payments flagged as high risk are subject to cancellation.
Once payment is confirmed, work begins. Your finished deliverable is sent to your email address in the agreed format — PDF, Word, HTML, CSS, or whatever was specified. We don’t consider a project complete until you have what you need.
What Luua Design does not provide
Being clear about what’s outside our scope helps set the right expectations before a project begins.
Simple icons, shapes, and layout elements are included. Complex artwork must be supplied by the client and will be integrated into the design.
We format documents — we do not write or advise on their content. Always consult a qualified professional for legal or financial documents.
Projects beyond the standard pricing range are handled as custom quotes. Contact us to discuss larger or more complex requirements.
Luua Design delivers HTML, CSS, and lightweight JavaScript only. Server-side development, CMS integration, and database work are outside our scope.
